  • 50g MangeTout
  • 50g Chickpeas
  • 40g Quinoa
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 13g Miso paste
  • 5ml Tamari
  • 5ml Mirin
  • 5g Sesame Seeds
  • 2g Fresh Mint
  • 2g Garlic Granules

Cooking Instructions

1. Blanch mange tout and dice to shredded pieces2. Cook off quinoa, and toast sesame seeds. 3. Defrost chickpeas 4. Cut mint until course and add all ingredients and mix
