We have a lot of peanut lovers in the SIXPAX family! How do we know? Because of the amount of peanut butter bites that get ordered with the macro-nutrient diet plans (and independently) and . . Because the SIXPAX team in the office are always smiling sweetly at our SIXPAX chef whenever a new batch gets made! Our peanut butter bites are great high protein foods for muscle building.
So in honor of the peanut love, today I will share with you a peanut smoothie recipe, courtesy of one of the SIXPAX team members. The smoothie is not only deliciously peanuty but also full of protein and goodness.
½ cup of coconut milk (or rice, almond, hazelnut ect milk)
2 tablespoons of peanut butter (we always argue in the office if crunchy or smooth is better – up to you!)
1 large handful of spinach
1 tablespoon of hemp powder
Chuck everything into the blender and whizz!
