Meal timing is crucial to achieving the results you work hard for in the gym, you need to ensure you are adequately fuelling your body pre-workout with a meal incorporating low GI carbohydrates for sustained energy and replenishing lost glycogen stores with a combination of carbohydrates and protein in an approximately 2:1 ratio post workout to promote optimum growth and recovery.
SIXPAX plans consist of between 4 and 5 meals each day which can be swapped around dependant on your training times and all clearly detail calories and macros of each one. Meals include quality, fresh ingredients and are ready to eat or ready to heat and eat.
