The lovely James Issac's has joined the SIXPAX team to get leaner, more agile and stronger to progress his participation in his sports: Football, cycling and rugby.
After only 2 weeks on the SIXPAX 2,500 calories meat and fish plan, James has lost 4kgs and is eager to work towards even more progress.
Not only has James lost 4kgs but has experienced much more energy, has found more consistency with his training plan due to the correct calorie consumption and has saved himself a headache with planning meals around his day!
So, we wanted to know what meal James is enjoying the most. . . ?
James: Hmm, that is tough as I am loving all of the meals. I would have to go with the South Western chicken though!!
We also wanted to know if James had experienced any struggles with the plan so far?
James: With the plan no! But watching my girlfriend and her friend eating Papa John's pizza was definitely not easy, whilst I was tucking into my SIXPAX Morroccan chicken.
